No they don't: the Apartment on the Grand Canal and the Junior Suite Exclusive are the only 2 with it.

How do we get there from Santa Lucia train station?

If You would like we can arrange for You a Private Transfer. We have a Private Pier, actually you will get directly inside our Hotel from the Train Station. Otherwise, you can reach us taking the public transportation

We've a Junior Suite with the view of the Grand Canal located on the 2nd floor, while our JS Exclusive on the ground floor!

Exquisite Find Among Old Structures
This property is indeed a jewel, all of the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and that we were to make the most of our stay in Venice. The hotel is a beautiful boutique property that doesn’t have that large hotel vibe.
The beds could have been more comfortable.
